Business". The course provides an innovative
approach to training which will engage,challenge and
motivate your staff whilst delivering the knowledge
and skills required to serve food products from the
forecourt shop.

This interactive learning course helps promote staff
awareness of food safety,personal hygiene,food
storage and the preparation of food products that
are sold on the forecourt. It also explains how to
keep and fill in a diary to record;daily opening and
closing,completing the four weekly list and keeping
supplier contact details.

Competent Person Training Workshops |
Our Competent Person training workshops are still
available for those organisations that prefer the
traditional educational approach. Workshops can be

The 4Court learning series can be used for
accreditation of prior learning (APL) towards NVQ's as
well as providing full evidence and records for the
Enforcement Authorities of compliance with training
requirements.
