| 4COURT 24/7 REGULATORY COMPLIANCE |
Using our automated and on demand 4Court learning courses will give your staff access to 24/7 training and recording, providing you with an auditable trial to prove compliance and due diligence to the regulators. Course certification can either be in-house or external (for example IOSH) with successful trainees able to print the appropriate certificate of achievement.

| VALETING - Making the most of it. |
 This interactive course will highlight to staff the care routines, fault finding, compliant handling procedures for Car Wash, Jet Wash and Car Vacs (of whatever make) in use on the forecourt. It will also help your staff take a pro-active approach towards sales and customer care whilst encouraging them to make the most of opportunities to promote the use of
the valeting services available on the forecourt. The course provides the knowledge needed to operate and maintain the equipment in a safe and efficient manner. A certificate of completion can be printed for successful trainees.

| AGE RELATED SALES - Are THEY Old Enough? |
It is of utmost importance, especially for your own protection, that staff are aware of the items for sale on the forecourt which are subject to legislation in respect of the minimum age at which they can be purchased. This learning course deals with age related products including cigarettes, tobacco, videos, dvds, lottery tickets and alcohol products. It provides your staff with the information needed to sell age related products in a responsible informed manner whilst demonstrating due diligence and legal compliance. A certificate of completion can be printed for successful trainees which provides evidence of training for the Enforcement Authorities.
